Praise God for the wonderful mission trip.

In the morning of 4/12/06. I were fully prepared to fly from my town, Suratthani to Bangkok. I checked e-mail, listened to nice christian music. I re-checked my bags. I were fully prapared. I did my final prayer. I were excited for this trip. One thing that I told God is that i’m working for Him not taking holiday. And it’s so true. I arrived at BKK airport just about on time. I told God that it has alredy began. I prayed that I’ll be able to learn so much througout the mission trip. I had to wait for Kelvin’s flight to come. I got a 90 baht smoothies. I waited and read my connect journal at the same time. Finally the time had come. Kelvin arrived on time safely. We were very excited to meet each other. We went to get something to eat together. It was a great time with him.

Then we waited til 5.30 for Jabaz’s flight to come but we waited and waited. He didn’t come. We were very worry so we decided to wait til 9.45pm because we hoped that he’ll be with the same flight as Ray,Issac,Ruth and Chris. Praise God he was with them.

We had got 2 thai guys from the ministry house came to see us. Nicole arrived before ray’s team. It was great to see eveyone arrived in bkk safely. Then when we all ready we caught a taxi to the house. The people there was very nice. There was an issue that Chris lost her passport accidently. We wanted to go to the embassy first to get all things done. But we had to go to Petchaboon tomorrow. 

We had a good night sleep in air-con room in the KU ministry house. We got up in the next morning. We went to central Lat Phrao for lunch then we went to the bus terminal to go to Petchaboon. We had experienced spiritual warfare on the first day. Ray’s luggage couldn’t be opened. So, we took off some clothes out. Praise God we arrived there at the bus terminal on time. We met 2 gals from hope BKK that they sent to be with us – P’Pum and P’Nicky. It was actually a tiring trip from BKK to petchaboon.

Ray was really tired. But 2-3 hours to petchaboon we had a talk talk. It was great. I was so tired. But i made myself to praise God inside. Eventually we arrived petchaboon safely. 

Pastor RK came to pick us up. We stayed at the ministry house there. นอนมุ้งด้วยนะ. in next morning we went to the mountain. We travelled by car and by foot it was tired but I told myself that “i’m serving God, i’m serving God, i’m serving God” I was walking with P’Pum and P’Nicky. I was great how we sang songs at the same time.

Finally we reached there. I didn’t feel tired when i saw the sign say คริสตจักรความหวังนาสะอุ้ง (Hope of Na Sa Oong Church). I praise God for what He is doing even on the high mountain. Up there there’s no electricity, water and other frasturcture but in the church People build it so well. I can see people’s heart for God. I love God and I love the people up there. The service up there was great. They used Thai language. We had camp fire after the service, it was great. We got to share our visions to the pastors and they prayed for us.

I got to eat ข้าวหลาม ย่างไฟสดๆตรงนั้นเลย People’s heart for God upthere was so great. The mountain, far far away from the city. I can’t believe that we have people who full of passion forGod up there. 

Next day we went to MonKhao. Again, it was tired. Finally, We reached Hope of ManKhao Church. It’s such a beautiful the church. Praise God. I took a bath near the waterfall. Service there was great. I got to lead an activity “I love you Jesus” Praise God that i got to do what i love to do. The last day on the mountain was a little sad because people there was great. We had camp fire and we got to share what we have learned on the mountains to the pastor. We had ไก่ย่างสดๆจากไฟ it was yummy.

Next morning we left there. I was so impressed. and I got to really use the toilet because i hadn’t used toilet for about 4 days and I were constipated. But praise God. He let it all go. Thank you God.

We went back to Petchaboon City. At night time we had prayer meeting service. my team were tired. But praise God. For prayer meeting i got to translated again. From Eng-Thai Thai-Eng. I got to translate prayer request from Thai-Eng. It was very touching moment. I love and admire people’s heart for God at Hope Petchaboon.  Their prayer request is all for God. I want to do this for God. I want to earn more to buy land for the church. I want to acheive good result for God. I was so touched. I truly love the people there. I could really see the joy from the pastor’s face. I loved that church. I felt like i belong there. We went back to the ministy house with joy. Although we were tired but people’s heart and the prayer request that they made make us so pumped. Praise God.

On Sunday at Petchaboon. Daniels got to minister the in the afternoon service. I got lead Praise. I did songs “Awesome in this place” and “My Redeemer lives” Although the day before we experienced a strong spiritual warfare. But on that day we came with the high expectation. And prayed hard to God. And we believed that we will overcome because God is on our side. I personally felt that we will experience the breakthrough because God was really with us. And praise God, everything went smoothly.

We went to internet cafe afterthat to check e-mail and did the evaluation. Tomorrow,  we would have to minister at Ratchapat uni in Petchaboon. Issac did a great job in organising the event. I truly admire his service before God. 

I was a MC. At first, i felt awkward that I had to speak in English, but afterthat it was fined. All praises and glory belong to you God. The program flowed very well and we had salvations on that day too. The teachers were impressed with us. We didn’t face any opposition. God is so great. He really use us to be blessings to Hope Petchaboon.  Praise God.

Afterthat we went back to BKK. We went back to church Hope Petchaboon first. We had a farewell together. The pastors gave us ผ้าขาวม้า as sourvenir. It was a great time. I was so sad. I didn’t want to leave the people there. They are like a family to me. I were sad. The pastor and his wife were so nice. I loved that church and i will never forget that church.

They went to send us back at the bus terminal. P’Som and P’Kai cried. I didn’t want to leave them. I can’t believe that we were there for only 4-5 days but they really love us and treasure us. I’m going to miss them. We cried. 

We had a short trip from Petchaboon to BKK. I had a great chat with Jabez. After a while when we nearly there Issac, Nicole and Ruth and myself we had a talk talk again hehe. I wasn’t a boring trip at all. Praise God.

Praise God, Ray’s luggage could be opened. God thank you so much for testing us. We had a day off so went to MBK and shop till we drop. We bought so much. Praise God. Next day, we went to evangelise at KU. It was so great. I went with Chris and Kelvin, we had so much fun in evangelise. I learned how to flow with Holy Spirit and I’ve found that evangilism is fun. Chris was great! We had 14 salvations in total. Praise God. I didn’t feel nervous at all. Insted, i were braved to evangelised to them. I found it very easy. In Brisbane is diffrent though. Well, praise God. Now I know how easy it is. We went to MBK again to meet up with P’Palm but we got there and we still have about hours so me and Issac we went to and shop. He got stickers with his name on them and i got shirts.

We went to Hope place the day to visit church offices and their ministries. It was so great. Especially, i wanted to buy everything in Hope Shop but i realised that i have no money – not enough to pay kelvin too. So i called my dad and i end up staying at my Grandma’s house on that night. I missrf them and of course to get some money from them too.

We visited the service on Sat and Sun at Hope Place. It was just wonderful. They had a Christmas celebration service! It was great. I was a translator again on Sat but this time i was very tired. So Ray got someone else to did the translation for me. Praise God. Although i were tired i filled with joy on that day. I really praise God for Hope church. I’m amazed how big it is. Praise God for our mother church. It’s so big. There are diffrent departments such as Hope Shop, Hope Media, Woship Ministy, Impact Ministry, Studio, World mission, University etc. It was just awesome. The services was just so great.

On Sunday Jabez, Kel, Ruth all went to the airport first. The rest including me stayed until the service finish. Ray was sick and Issac was not well. We went to fifth food avenue at MBK to have lunch.

The time had come 3.00pm i had to leave. My flight back to Suratthani was 5.15pm. So said goodbye to Issac and Ray, Chris came down to send me off. Thanks Chris for the word of encouragement. You are truly a woman of God and I admire you. It was great Mission Trip. I can learn so much from God. I’ve realised that I’ve grown in another level.

This mission trip will never be faded away from my memory.
